Angels know Angels

One big, alive, and vibrant ball floats in a dark and dusty star speckled universe

This place is constructed of millions of particles we’ve named people, places, events, ions, and cells

The seen is just the tip of the iceberg, the unseen is most of it and the rest of yet an untold story

We all belong to it and to each other and the angels know

The very definition of life is in its movement and in its striving and if we ever make it easy, it will cease altogether because the definition of life is struggle

No struggle, no life and the angels know

So, we run to invent a cure, we run to solve the problem; we run because life requires movement

A ball has no edges for us to back into, no corners to build or cling to

There is no energy where there is no climbing, climbing up microscopic piles of sand or lifting your head from the nest for the very first time

The movement of one, changes the direction of the rest and the decorated butterfly wings disguised as big predator eyes keep us safe for awhile

We fight against change because it never ends; when we think we can exhale, our muscles twitch again

Angels know angels and they celebrate the strong; the strength of will, of constitution and of belief

Never fear again, you are of this place and you will always be completely whole, and the angels know

Your star is just one facet and one point among billions of energy prisms at once competing and completing each other

Keep going, keep moving, keep shining

Roll until you crawl, crawl until you walk, walk until you run, run until you fly — until one day in a moment of magnificent fusion you will finally rest

In the meantime, know…

Angels know angels wherever you go
